Welcome!

 Hello ladies and welcome to our new blog! πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

You each have a page (click on your name above to access it).  You should have a pencil icon at the bottom and you click this to edit the page.  If you have a tool icon, that will also take you to the page where you can edit.

On the page you can keep a record of your weight and measurements.  You can also add photos if you want to.  If you are shy we can promise not to look at each other's!  

The blog has been set to private, so it won't appear anywhere online and the only people who can view it are us four.

What I am writing on now is a "post" not a "page".  The difference is that posts appear on the main site, in reverse chronological order.  You can access them by clicking on the "home" button, or you can use the "search! button once there are a lot of posts.  We can all create posts and they are a good way to share information that might help all of us - like weight loss ideas, recipes, ingredients, inspiration, moans, etc.   It can be like a diary, with things we can all share.

You can also post links to external sites if you think that would be helpful.  It's a bit like writing an email - all the editing stuff is at the top of the page, then you will need to click the orange "update" button (or the "publish" button if you are writing a new post).

I have started adding links in a list to the right of this post.  I would definitely have a look at the intermittent fasting information if you might be interested in that.
